Tiphanie's main practice focuses on the use of EMDR. This therapy helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy has been extensively researched and has demonstrated effectiveness for trauma. Despite EMDR being Tiphanie's primary therapy, she applies an eclectic approach with her clients with the aim of utilizing a variety of evidence based theories, which includes the following: motivational interviewing, polyvagal, systems theory, IFS, Person Centred, positive psychology, strength focused, trauma focused, narrative and CBT.
